Our Story

Hello!

I'm Christine, the founder of Schamps and a professional hair and makeup artist.

I got my start in the beauty industry in 2006 when I became a makeup artist for a big cosmetics brand in Los Angeles. After 8 years in the industry, and a move across the country, I opened Femme Akoi Beauty Studio (@femmeakoi) in Tampa, Florida – a salon and event beauty team that has serviced thousands of weddings, events, and salon clients (and grown to over 40 talented team members at two locations!).

Along the way, I've used and recommended all kinds of cosmetic products, but I've always had a tough time finding ones that are both effective and free of harsh chemicals. That's why I decided to create my own line of clean and natural hair care products – Schamps!

Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients that are good for your hair – and they actually work! Plus, they're paraben-free, sulfate-free, phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and made in the USA!
